American Way

What is the “American Way”? Is it a white-picket fence off main street? Is it a shiny, new car? Is it a bird? A plane? No. Well, as for the plane… it’s a magazine held on airplanes. This is no sky mall; this is in every sense, a magazine. American Way features columns ranging from food and fashion to politics and reviews. Because American Way chose Stylist Lisa Slusher and Photographer Scott Slusher for the shoot featured below, they are certainly hip to chic in my book.

We’ll show you how it’s done- the American Way.

Home, table-top, and product stylist Jimmie Henslee created these lovely scenes for latest Horchow product catalog shoot. Photographed by Cody Ulnch. Below are some of our favorite images. Which one is your favorite?

Samuel Roger Horchow was born on July 3, 1928 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He became a catalog entrepreneur as well as a Broadway producer. Horchow established the Horchow Collection in 1971. It was the first luxury mail-order catalog without first having an on-ground location. He sold the Collection to Neiman Marcus in 1988 and preceded to pursue a career producing Broadway shows.

Yes, incase you haven't had the chance to pick up the latest addition of PaperCity, this is it! This is the fantastic styling work of Lisa Slusher, Katie MacCracken, and Mona Hart of On Set Management. Great job, ladies!
